The choice of dishes follows the seasonality of the garden and the availability of fresh products, making each tasting different and unique. During the wine pairing experience, you will taste several carefully selected Italian wines from different wine regions and traditions. Each glass will be paired with a combination designed to enhance the wine and tell the story of the bond between gastronomy and terroir.

The tasting takes place in an authentic Sorrento garden, a peaceful and private setting where the scent of citrus fruits and the surrounding nature create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. This is where the journey through wines, stories, and pairings begins.
Secret Menu
The menu is intentionally kept as a surprise: it changes according to the season, the garden, and the inspiration of the day. On some occasions, special ingredients and refined products may appear, such as truffle, porcini mushrooms, oysters, or other gastronomic excellences.
